We live and work in our favourite place in New Zealand – Tauranga, in the sunny Bay of Plenty. We also specialise in providing assistance to overseas – based clients ( New Zealanders & non New Zealanders alike) looking to buy a property in New Zealand.

We present many deals to each of the banks every month, so they negotiate with us. It makes sense; if you undertake this negotiation yourself, you may get to negotiate once every 5-10 years whereas we are negotiating on a daily basis.
