Helen Cristescu
With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, a Level 4 General Finance qualification, and Level 5 qualifications in Mortgage and Insurance Financial Services, Helen brings a well-rounded and deeply practical understanding to every client interaction.
She worked for a New Zealand–owned bank for three years and for nearly nine years at one of the country’s major banks. During that time, she held roles as a personal banker and retail branch manager and spent her final year in the bank’s broker unit, where she gained a deep understanding of what lenders look for and how to present strong, successful applications.
She takes the time to educate and guide clients through every step, including understanding deposit options, choosing the proper loan structure, connecting with trusted solicitors and accountants, and navigating the buying or selling process with clarity and confidence.
